"Do you know who you are? Do you know what has happened to you? Do you want to live this way?"
Life has a way of labeling us without our knowledge or permission, and we have a way of accepting those labels and allowing them to guide our choices, whether we like them or not. This often results in emotional, physical, and psychological tension that erects barriers inside of us that limits our ability to function at our best, or even as the person we would like to be.
Through physical movement such as Yoga, Dance, or Feldenkrais, along with self-reflective and meditative exercises designed to help you soften toward yourself--to treat yourself with respect and compassion--I attempt to lower your resistance to change by putting you in a productive space where serious self-work can happen. My workshops are places of safety, nourishment, companionship, and exploration--places where you can strip away limiting labels and roles and build an honest portrait of your best self.
I conduct workshops at special places around the world which include lodging and salutary, nourishing food and animated nature.
