the yoga
All workshops use the body as a gateway to open up to deeper levels. The level of flow yoga that is practiced in the bluedeer workshops is adjusted to match the needs of the respective group of participants and varies from a gentle, nourishing to a more vigorous flow or the Ashtanga primary series.
My personal practice is mainly Ashtanga. I have been teaching Ashtanga, Vinyasa Flow and the more static Sivananda Yoga since almost two decades.
